Bruschette na Crveno

Ako mene pitate bruschetta nikad dovoljno, uvijek su nove i drugačije, a kombinacijama okusa nema kraja. Teško im mogu reći ne. Evo primjera, danas na ručku u Dobrim vinima, čitam dnevni menu i pogled mi odluta na ponudu tapasa odnosno bruschetta i u glavi već kombiniram kako neću jesti salatu već ću naručiti neku od ponuđenih varijanti, dvije ove, dvije one... Ja doslovce skakućem u onoj stolici, noge mi se tresu od uzbuđenja haha i onda ugledam, 'tapasi se služe iza 15h' -_- Ma bezveze.


Al salata je zbilja bila odlična na kraju, dimljeni losos, poširano jaje i dressing od jogurta i koprive :) Možete ju probati do kraja tjedna ako ste u prolazu! Preporuka.

Potrebni sastojci/10 komada



  • 10 kriški kukuruznog baguetta

  • 2-3 crvene paprike

  • 10 cherry rajčica

  • 5 inćuna ili slanih srdela

  • 100g kozjeg sira

  • 10 crnih maslina

  • 10ak listića svježeg bosiljka

  • maslinovo ulje

  • svježe mljeveni papar

  1. Papriku očistite i narežite na jednake dijelove, probajte da kriške paprike budu slične veličine kao kriške kruha. Poslažite kriške paprike na lim na koji ste stavili papir za pečenje. Lagano premažite maslinovim uljem pa ih poslažite jednu do druge.

  2. Narežite rajčice na četvrtine, inćune prepolovite, očistite masline, kozji sir narežite na kocke ili ga jednostavno u grubo razmrvite.

  3. Sve pripremljene sastojke rasporedite na kriške paprike (osim bosiljka), lagano poparite, pokapajte maslinovim uljem i pecite na 200C -20 minuta.

  4. Dok se paprika s ostalim sastojcima peče, vi narežite kruh pa ga prepecite u tosteru ili na tavi.

  5. Kada su paprike gotove poslažite ih na prepečeni kruh, dodajte još malo maslinovog ulja i poslužite toplo!

  7. Hi Cynthia,I am having a hard time andidg you to my favs, I'm going to try again so naturally I have missed your last few posts. I really don't think your television looks that bad. Flat screens are certainly more attractive than those big honkers (we just got a flat screen and got rid of a big honker...LOL). As far as paint color goes, are you happy with the merlot color? If so, then I wouldn't change but if you are ready for a change then I would go with a pretty tan or taupe.Hugs,LeAnn:)
